  I can't possibly thank you enough for the beautiful flowers that you made up for my daughter after she's had very difficult week & today is her birthday . It was on short notice & since I'm in Nova Scotia & she recently moved there with her family you helped me put a smile on her face again thanks so much.

  Very sad to get my flowers! Not even close to the online photo. For $100 I expected WAY more and nicer flowers not flowers that looked ready to die!! Will not buy from here again!

  Very helpful and pleasant staff! They are very accommodating and know how to design bouquets and other flowers arrangements. For my grandparent's 60th anniversary party I stated I wanted a centerpiece with specific colours and that it needed to include one specific flower but I left the rest up to them. They managed to design perfectly what I was thinking! Their flowers look the best and last the longest out of many places I've tried in Swift. I'll always shop with Smart Flowers!

  As per the owners request I am updating this review to say that she did refund me half of what I paid and apologized and said because she did not see the flowers she could not tell what kind of roses were used or if they had wilted edges. The refund was acceptable and I appreciated that it was done, but because this was for a very special occasion( my mother's 90th birthday) unfortunately I was very disappointed to not get what I asked/paid for to begin with.

  I guess I ordered a 100$ arrangement for my mom for her 70 th birthday and being out of town wanted something special, I thought I ordered a 150$ bouquet, anyhow, I was quite disappointed at what she received. I won’t order from here again.:(
