    All in all a great experience in a very unconventional way of purchasing a vehicle. It was great to work with both Garnet and Mike to get a vehicle my sister was extremely happy to receive.

    The vehicle purchase was a complete surprise for my sister, who thought she was picking up some parts from the dealer. Someone at the dealer was able to video record her reaction and send me the video.

    Brett Goddard - Again polite, pleasant, I liked his straight forward approach. We were able to discuss numbers upfront with no b..s.. , and no hidden fees or slick sales tactics to make the deal sound better than reality. I had done my homework and shopping around. Brett gave me the best purchase price on the vehicle I was buying, the best price on my trade in and a better rate on financing than other dealers had been offering.

    Mike Burns - Another pleasant individual. Mike is very knowledgeable about product warranties, roadside assistance, sales and leasing contracts, financing, loan insurances, as well as the extra paperwork and steps involved in out of province purchases, such as my purchase as an Ontario customer. All documentation was completed efficiently and timely as possible.

    I live outside of Canada and I purchased a used vehicle from Garnet sight unseen as a Christmas / Birthday gift for my sister. Garnet was very good at explaining the condition of the vehicle and helping further with the purchase process. I never met Garnet but he was extremely polite and nice on the phone with me. Given the unusual circumstances of purchasing a vehicle sight unseen from another country Garnet was very good to deal with.

    It was an amazing experience for a beginner buyer like me. I tell the staff name Paul (sales) that i have no idea choosing the better car or better offer, what he did is really a big help for me, he shows me the best option i can get and from finance issues the staff name (mike) also assist me well and help me understand to deal for what i really need, they were all transparent in anyways. From the start until i got my pre owned ford fusion se 2015. they were always there to assist me and help me..for them it was nothing and they can say that it was their job to serve their client.. but for people like me.. i can say that u guys delight me in helping me out to decide for the best.. Now I understand the value of ownership because i really love my car.. I salute all your effort and pride serving all your clients...thanks paul, mike for a job well done...salute....

    Mike was very easy to deal with and due again to not being in Canada lead to some challenges trying to pay. In the end Mike and I were able to solve the issues. Mike was very patient during the transaction that required a bit more time than a normal purchase.

    My wife won a detailing of her 2009 Ford Edge from Cypress Motors. I can't believe the incredible job they did. The car looks brand new!! I will be taking my F150 in for the same treatment.

    Liz Jahnke - Polite, pleasant, excellent product knowledge about vehicle features, great follow up with my satisfaction after the sale (very important to me). When it was time to discuss trade value etc.. she brought Brett Goddard in and together they finished up the deal.

    Conclusions - Do yourself a favor and save a lot of time, frustration and sometimes downright confusion. Just go here for a great deal with friendly people. What more could you want? I'll be shopping for my next vehicle here and I just bought one!

    Jeff Parsons - This says it all: When Jeff Parsons, the dealer principal, took time from his busy day to stop in Mike's office because he wanted to meet his Ontario customer. What more can you say about customer appreciation. He took time to visit with me and thank me for my purchase. I wish I lived closer because I'm sure the service after the sale is just as excellent.
