  The owner has called me to ask me to remove my post because they are new and it is effecting their business. I can definitely understand that, as I don't wish to see anyone fail. However, this was my experience at the location and it is my right to post the review. I truly hope things have changed and it sounded to me that she was making a concerted effort to improve the facility. I hope that more reviews can help prove that it has changed.

  I found this online and thought it would be a great place to stay since there is so much family to fit in over the holidays. Thank goodness I had someone go check it out first. The outside is more run down than the photos online. They looked at a room and it again was nothing like the photos. The cleanliness left something to be desired. Asking questions is not acceptable. The guy running the place basically tells you that you get what you pay for. I would suggest paying somewhere else which is what we did. Don't trust what you see on the site.

  I will say that the owner was really awesome and any problem I had she was willing to fix it, however it should have been correct from the beginnig. I'm not even close to being picky and I never call people to fix an issue that I can easily do myself. It just wasn't a good place to stay.

  Avoid this place. The owner showed me a suite (looked like someone was still in there and it was 30 degrees celsius in it with no A/C in sight. The room that I got was a basic room for $45 a night. I didn't know this ahead of time and it would have made me throw a red flag up. The bed sheets had yellow stains and hair in it. The tv worked only after I turned it on and off for awhile.

  It was a very nice stay at this quiet accommodation. Despite the low rates ($250/week), the service provided was excellent. The owner lady was very cheerful, helpful and pleasing and the rooms were neat and tidy. It had everything I needed and i couldn't have asked for more at about $35/night.

  My home away from home, best rates in town , close to everything, easy to walk downtown or under $10 for a taxi. Close to the bike path and right across the street from the Ipex. Sonia and Govinda are friendly and helpful. Stayed there for months, very affordable!!
